I wanted to like this swimming costume, but it wasn't to be. Firstly, I bought my actual size (18) and it was way too big - the straps wouldn't stay up and it was baggy. I re-ordered and went two sizes down (14). It fitted nicely and the ruffles really flattered my tummy area, however from the side the ruffles don't sit very well, it looked odd and made me look bigger than what I am. I returned it and found another one that was the same style but the quality and sizing was much better.

I ordered about 5 or 6 tankinis to try on, and this was the last one I tried. I didn’t hold out much hope as the others were awful, but this fitted nicely, in fact a tiny bit big on the bust, but better than too small. I know others didn’t like the moulded cups but I found them really comfortable (am a 36E). My other half thought it looked great as well which was a revelation! I did find it a little long at the front so I trimmed it a bit (it isn’t hemmed) and now it’s perfect. Unfortunately the weather on holiday wasn’t good enough for swimming or sunbathing, so I’m wearing it in my garden 😀

I was very dubious ordering this tankini wasn’t sure on sizing . I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived it’s lovely , very flattering , I did think it had bra pockets but it doesn’t so I’m going to put a pocket in myself as I had a mastectomy . I loved it so so much I’ve had another one arrive today .i had large as I measure 42 bust plenty big enough . I definitely recommend this tankini it is also nice quality.5*****

I will start by stating my size. Height just above 5'4", 182lbs, Bust 45" (bra UK 40DD), waist 38", hips 44". As you can probably work out, I'm a bit of a barrel shape. My top half is a UK dress size 18 and my bottom half is a UK size 16. I opted for the XL DOULAFASS Women Ruffle Tankini Set with Boy short. The fit is perfect for me and I like that the shoulder straps are adjustable. However, the top ruffle is a little too short, so it literally hangs off my sizeable bosom. There is no bust support in this tankini. The padding is stitched in. I found my bust just spreading sideways in it. It would have been perfect if it had an underwire and bra type fastening. I didn't like the way the back of the top is raised higher than the front, exposing the shorts a bit too much. The shorts are utterly shapeless. They would have been nicer on a rounder figure if they had some side slits and a bit of shape at the back of the shorts. If the top was better fitted, it would have been a really nice tankini. This probably would be great for someone with a smaller cup size. I will be returning this item and search for swimwear with an underwire instead.
